I think not..... I spent some time creating a google theme for Keegan. Maybe you will enjoy it, but probably not. Anyway it was just something fun for me to do one day when I had a little time. So here are the two google themes for Keegan.
Acropolis -- yes the Acropolis in Athens
Keegan -- due to popular demand....
Sadly it tells me that I need more to do with my time sometimes...

Nope, not published out there, so no way to set it as your default theme right now...
